1. What we do

MuhuratGuru calculates auspicious times, called muhurat, using classical Indian texts together with modern astronomical data. For a date and a city you choose, we show which days are considered favourable for an occasion, and the classical reason behind each grading. For a fee we also compute the exact window within a chosen day.

2. What this is not

This is important, so it is stated plainly. A muhurat is traditional guidance. It is not advice of any professional kind.

• It is not medical advice. Never delay or change treatment because of a date shown here.
• It is not legal advice, financial advice, or investment advice.
• It is not a prediction and not a guarantee. We do not promise that an event held at a time we suggest will succeed, or that one held at another time will fail.

Classical authorities themselves disagree on many points. Where they do, we say so on the page and name the text we have followed. Every decision you take remains your own.

3. Accuracy

We compute planetary positions with established astronomical libraries and check our rules against the printed texts they come from. Even so, texts can be read in more than one way, scanned books can be damaged, and software can carry mistakes. We do not warrant that every result is free of error. If you spot something wrong, tell us at support@muhuratguru.com and we will look into it.

4. Your account

• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or make a payment.
• Give correct details. A muhurat computed from wrong birth details is wrong.
• Keep your login to yourself. You are responsible for what happens under it.
• You may close your account at any time by writing to support@muhuratguru.com.

5. Payments

The Exact Muhurat costs ₹499 for one report, in Indian Rupees, inclusive of applicable taxes. Payment is taken through a payment gateway. We do not see or store your card number, UPI PIN or banking password.

6. How you may use the site

You may read, print and share our pages for your own personal and family use. You may not:

• copy our content in bulk, or scrape the site by automated means;
• resell our calculations or present them as your own;
• try to break into, overload or interfere with the site;
• use the site for anything unlawful.

7. Our content

The classical verses we quote are ancient and belong to no one. Our translations, explanations, gradings, software, design and page text are ours, and are protected by copyright. The name MuhuratGuru and our logo belong to Waytoindia Web Dynamics.

8. Availability

We try to keep the site running at all times but we do not promise uninterrupted service. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of the site, including free features, at any time. Paid reports already bought are not affected.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Waytoindia Web Dynamics is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this site, including any loss said to follow from an event held or not held at a particular time. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you actually paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Nothing here limits liability for fraud, or anything that cannot lawfully be limited.

10. Privacy

Personalised results need your date, time and place of birth. What we do with that is set out in the privacy policy, which forms part of these terms.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page tells you when they last changed. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the new version.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Delhi have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
