Pricing, delivery and refunds

Every auspicious date we find is free to read, with the reason behind it. You pay only for the exact moment within a date, which is the part a pandit sits and computes.

The three levels

Prices are in Indian Rupees and include all applicable taxes. There is no subscription and no recurring charge. You are billed once, for the report you ask for.

How the report reaches you

Shown on your screen as soon as it is computed, usually within two minutes, and emailed to you.

Nothing is posted to you. This is a digital report, so there is no shipping, no courier and no delivery charge. If a report has not appeared within 30 minutes of a successful payment, write to support@muhuratguru.com and we will either deliver it or refund you.

Cancellation

A report is computed the moment you pay, so there is no waiting period during which an order can be cancelled. If you change your mind before paying, simply do not complete the payment. Nothing is charged.

Refunds

We refund in full, without argument, in these cases:

Your payment went through but no report was delivered.
You were charged more than once for the same report.
The report was generated for details other than the ones you entered.

We do not refund in these cases:

The report was delivered correctly but you did not like the timing it produced. The calculation is what you paid for, not a particular answer.
You entered wrong birth details. Write to us and we will regenerate it once, free.
You did not use the muhurat, or your plans changed.

To ask for a refund, email support@muhuratguru.com with your payment reference within 7 days of the payment. We reply within two working days. An approved refund is sent back to the same card, bank account or UPI ID you paid from, and normally reaches you within 5 to 7 working days, depending on your bank.

Payments

Payments are handled by our payment gateway. We never see or store your card number, UPI PIN, or net banking password. See our privacy policy for what we do store.

One honest note

A muhurat is a calculation from classical texts, made carefully and shown with its reasoning. It is guidance for your own decision. It is not a promise about how an event will turn out. Please read the terms of use before you buy.
